ReMED will develop a set of tools and a methodology to support decision-making processes, helping cities to:

• assess and understand the level of climate risk at urban and building scales
• design optimal climate adaptation measures tailored to local conditions
• implement climate adaptation measures through the most appropriate policy tools
• monitor and evaluate the results of adaptation measures over time.
